[Eeglablist] question regarding EEG electrodes location

Hey,

I am trying to measure the geodesic distances between the standard EEG 64 electrodes. The location file I am using is the chan_loc file in the eeglab toolbox. But I don't know the unit for the cartesian coordinate system, is it cm, mm or ...? I looked it up online but couldn't find the answer anywhere. Could you please help me with that? Thanks!
