[Eeglablist] EEGLAB website up again ...

We apologize that, for an unfortunate combination of reasons beyond our
control, the EEGLAB and SCCN websites were down for nearly two weeks during
the recent UCSD holiday shutdown. It is now up again and we do not
anticipate further problems.
