Hi Victoria,
There is a possibility to interface EEGLAB for on-line EEG analysis.
It requires DAQ functions to interface with your Brainmaster EEG amplifier.
DAQ toolbox Adaptor Kit can be used for building adaptor DLL for your Brainmaster (Atlantis I/II) EEG acquisition and amplifier system.
One nice project for on-line EEG pattern analysis (CEBL) is developed at Colorado State University:

This CEBL system is written in C++ for Linux. The code includes functions to interface with EEG amplifier using Linux SCSI interface. Their EEG amplifier with SCSI interface is produced by NeuroPulse-Systems. SCSI adapter is produced by Adaptec.
There is an wonderful Matlab function (eegToTones.m) to convert EEG frequencies (5-90 Hz) to audible frequencies for biofeedback experiments.
