Technology Development team is currently seeking one Algorithm
Development Scientist in  San Jose, CA and one Research Engineer in

1) Algorithm Development Scientist (San Jose, CA, USA)
The algorithm development scientist will be responsible for designing
experiments for EEG, ECG and other biosensors, and developing
algorithms based on analysis of the recorded data. She/he will also be
responsible for validating bio-sensor algorithms developed internally
or externally. She/he may write patents and research articles, and
give presentations in a conference setting.

Preferred experience:
Significant experience in signal processing, machine learning and
statistical analysis
Significant experience in experiment design and human subject data collection
Significant knowledge about EEG, ECG and artifacts
Good programming skills in MATLAB, C/C++, and Java
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ph.D. in EE, CS, Bioengineering, cognitive science, or related areas preferred

2) Research Engineer (Hong Kong, China)
The research engineer’s primary responsibility will be in supporting
external EEG experiments using NeuroSky EEG devices.  She/he may also
work with the algorithm development scientists to develop signal
processing and classification methods for EEG and other bio-sensor
devices.

Preferred experience:
Experienced with human subject data collection
Experience in testing and trouble shooting electronic devices
Good interpersonal skills, attend to details, and be punctual on time
Knowledge in signal processing, machine learning and statistical analysis
Knowledge in programming languages such as MATLAB, C/C++ and Java
