I hope you mean you have 420.000 data points not 42.000, or your
sampling rate is wrong..
Having said that you may benefit from reading this page :

.. you don't need to download the full NBT toolbox, you can simply
copy-paste the nbt_filterfirHp function and use it. i.e.

[Signal_filtered] = nbt_filter_firHp(Signal,0.01,1000,2/0.01)
