Postdoctoral position is available in the area of developmental electrophysiology at the Yale University Child Study Center. We are looking for a post-doc experienced in data analysis of high-density EEG including EEG coherence, evoked potentials and source localization. This position will be involved in our NIMH-funded research on neural mechanisms of response inhibition and cognitive control in children with Tourette Syndrome, ADHD and associated disorders. Primary responsibilities will include data management and analysis of existing data sets, running subjects in ongoing studies and developing experimental tasks for new studies. This position will have access to a wide range of training opportunities available at the Yale Child Study Center including mentorship and research supervision, lectures and seminars in developmental psychopathology and neuroscience, grant writing and preparation of research results for publication. This position requires a completed Ph.D. in psychology, neuroscience or a related field and experience with EEG research. Start date is flexible, preferably September 1, 2012.
