[Eeglablist] How can I estimate band power from a single channel in a single subject using Eeglab?

Dear all,

 

I'm relatively new to Eeglab/EEG processing. I would like to estimate
relative band power in different frequency bands from a single channel in a
single subject. Could anybody give me a hint where to start?
