Postdoctoral fellowship in cognitive neuroscience - Tulane University

An NIH-funded postdoctoral position is available to examine spatial cognition and cognitive control in normal aging in the lab of Dr. Ed Golob.  The project uses multimodal techniques, including EEG/ERPs, TMS and tDCS, and some structural MRI.  The main responsibilities are performing and writing-up studies for publication and development of novel experiments.  The fellow will also work on projects with grad students in the lab and interact with researchers at the Tulane Center for Aging.  A Ph.D. or M.D. in a relevant field and prior publication in a peer-reviewed journal is required.  A strong background in cognitive psychology and experience with Matlab or MRI is desirable.  It is a two year position available immediately, and is renewable after one year.  Salary is commensurate with experience.
