[Eeglablist] Using subjects individual MR image

Hi,

I am certian this has been asked before, but I cannot seem to find a simple answer.
When using DIPFIT how can I use a subjects individual MR image?
When I follow the instructions and normalize the images in my version of SPM8, it outputs a nifti image.
When I try to incorporate this into my DIPFIT model I get the message
cannot load file using read_fcdc_mri.

Any suggestions?
