[Eeglablist] Granger causality for resting state EEG data

I have been working on SIFT on resting, but have been suffering from the
lack of perfect solutions for the group-level analysis (with ICA)... there
are different numbers of ICs in the different positions inside the brain.
I've found a potential solution but it's quite complicated, and I have not
confirmed how it works either. Tim Mullen, the developer of SIFT, has been
preparing a great solution for this, with which anyone can run ICA as a
preprocess...
