[Eeglablist] How to interpret the time frequency plot

​Dear Colleagues,

I am using EEGLAB for time frequency representation, i have a data for
imagery moment of hand and i am trying to plot for time frequency
representation, since i am new to the signal analysis, i am not able to
interpret the time frequency plot, can anyone help me or suggest me to how
can i interpret the time frequency plot.
