[Eeglablist] about the compution of ERSP in the STUDY module

Hi, everyone
  
         I want to how does the STUDY module compute the ERSP using the default parameters. 
         Suppose at 3 Hz, the baseline power is a, and the power at 3 Hz, 200 ms is b. Then how does the ERSP value at 3 Hz, 200 ms is calculated?
         Is one of the following formula  correct ?  (1) ERSP = 10*log10(b/a); (2) ERSP = (b-a)/a
