[Eeglablist] online reference

[Stephen Politzer-Ahles]

This is the typical behavior (or at least has been in my experience); the
online reference does not appear as a channel in the data. However, when
you re-reference it is possible to add the online reference back into the
data, there is an example on the EEGLAB wiki.
