Dear Makoto,
Thank you for your advice.
I have found one of the trial has very high amplitude . So when I deleted it , I run ICA without any problem.
Many Thanks
Mohammed

Dear Mohammed,

My initial guess is that you have NaNs in your data. Could you check it by running code which should be something like this

any(isnan(EEG.data(:)))

If you get 1, you have NaN somewhere in your data. If you get 0, it's something else.

Dear all,

I got this error message when I run ICA on 48 channels EEG data
"input to schur must not contain nan or inf"
How can I fix this error?

Best Regards
Mohammed
