[Eeglablist] Question on removing bad channels and epochs using FASTER

Good afternoon,


We are trying to use FASTER or ADJUST to automatically clean EEG data by removing bad channels and epochs. Does anyone know if it is best to do ICA before starting either FASTER or ADJUST? Faster has the capability to do many pre-processing steps including ICA. Is it better to do ICA first and look at the components before using FASTER?


Any help would be greatly appreciated.
