[Eeglablist] issue with study set creation

I am trying to create a STUDYset in EEGLAB, but when I load my datasets, it
returns a looping never-ending message at command window: "Duplicate entry
detected in new design, reinitializing design with new file names". I am
following the instructions in EEGLAB tutorial. Does anyone know what I am
doing wrong?
