Subject: [Eeglablist] call tetgen
To: eeglablist at sccn.ucsd.edu

hello to all
i'm new to eeglab and i encountered a problem using the FEM mesh in the NFT
program.
in this part of the code:

"% call tetgen
a = sprintf('"%s" -pq1.4a5A "%s"', conf.tetgen, fn);
[status, result] = system(a);
if status ~= 0; error('Warping_mesh:system','Failed to execute:
%s',result); end
"

i got this massage for matlab:

"C:\Users\Documents\MATLAB\NFT-2.3\bin\tetgen.exe"' is not recognized as an
internal or external command,
operable program or batch file."

i install the windows SDK 7.1 and with no help.

its seems that matlab don't recognize the tetgen file and the tetgen.sh
file as well.
in addition the function call to "tetgen.exe" will the file is not
executable.

 ideas will be  appreciated
yair
