[Eeglablist] Couldn't able to load channel location file

Dear Edward,

try to check out the develop branch of EEGLAB on bitbucket: https://bitbucket.org/sccn_eeglab/eeglab/branches/
There was a bug report some time ago and Ramon fixed the function. (the problem was the '~ishandle(chans)' call)
