Dear Varghese,

If you haven't heard from anyone yet...
If you are asking automated method for the suggested combination of
criteria, there is no such thing available with current EEGLAB.

If you want to identify and interpolate bad channels, try Nima
Bigdely-Shamlo's PREP.
