[Eeglablist] convert EEG data signal to .vhdr format

Hello Liza, you may also benefit from reviewing the .vhdr documentation
from the appropriate vendor which I believe is Brain Vision, and from
searching for pass eeglab posts on import-export between eeglab and brain
vision formats.
