[Eeglablist] cleaned signal

Dear Alessandra,

I recommend you first start with removing ICs that are absolutely
artifactual. Leave suspicious and mixed ones as they are benign after all,
and many experts discussing what to do with these semi-bad ones.

'113' seems good to me because it is dipolar. I would not remove it.
