Hi Max
Thanks for your help. I downloaded the most recent version and just tried to plot the components, but now I get this error message:
Error using /
Matrix dimensions must agree.
Error in eeg_SASICA>pop_prop (line 1130)
toPlot{1}{end+1} = EEG.reject.SASICA.(computed{i})(:,chanorcomp)/EEG.reject.SASICA.(computedthresh{i});
Error in eeg_SASICA (line 88)
eval(cfg);
Error while evaluating UIControl Callback
Best regards,
Maddie

Dear Maddie,
Please download the latest version of the toolbox from https://github.com/dnacombo/SASICA/
I think we had this issue previously and I fixed the code.
Let me know if the error remains.
Best,
Max

Hi All
I’ve just started using SASICA to reject artefactual components after running ICA. The plugin works well up to the point of allowing me to accept or reject components by map. The pop_prop function is called as part of the SASICA code but doesn’t work properly – it only draws the topographical map, trial amplitudes and spectrum. It doesn’t present the ‘Accept/Reject’ button (or any of the other buttons at the bottom of the window) and I get the following error message in the Matlab command window:
Undefined function 'isnan' for input arguments of type 'matlab.ui.control.UIControl'.
Error in eeg_SASICA>pop_prop (line 906)
if ~exist('winhandle') || isempty(winhandle) || isnan(winhandle)
Error in eeg_SASICA (line 85)
eval(cfg);
Error while evaluating UIControl Callback
When I run pop_prop from the Matlab command line and give a winhandle value of ‘0’, the plot works fine, but I can’t figure out how to implement this via either the SASICA GUI/script or pop_prop.
Just wondering whether anyone else has experienced this problem and found a solution/workaround.
Thanks
Maddie
