Hello Santhosh, some brief notes below, best wishes.

For starters, if you have not had a chance to yet, the best way to find out
is to go to the EEG lab tutorial, download the tutorial files, do the full
tutorial including a dipole  analysis on the ica components in the tutorial
files. From there things should be clearer and you should be able to ask
more questions. If you are interested in doing Source estimation for
non-ica data, consider trying other options such as brainstorm or fieldtrip
or eegnet. You may also benefit from reading papers about those tools that
you can find on Google Scholar
