Hi all,

This is slightly off-topic because it’s not about EEG data, but I think I should be able to use EEGlab to compute it. I hope it’s OK to ask.

I have a student who has some pupil dilation data for 10 subjects viewing dynamic face expression stimuli. He wants to compare 2 different conditions - so what we have, for each subject, is essentially 540 data points in a time series for each condition. If we want to compare these statistically, I think a permutation test would be best, but it’s been difficult to find the correct code to do this.

If anyone could help, this would be much appreciated!

Best

Deborah.
