[Eeglablist] empty scalp topography files

Dear Lars,

I thought I've seen that a problem before, but they say it was not
registered in the EEGLAB bugzilla. I'm terribly sorry to ask you for doing
this when you have a trouble, but could you please report the problem to
Bugzilla so that the developers can work on the issue?
