[Eeglablist] plotting overlapping events

Dear maling list
Related to a machine learning project with EEG-data, we need to mark a lot
of extended events, which will frequently be overlapping. However, it is a
problem for us that eegplot only uses opaque markings (no transparency).
Has anyone had any luck with workarounds or different plotting commands to
properly see overlapping events?
