[Eeglablist] Set file in MATLAB

Hello Duaa, If you have not had a chance to yet, the best thing to do is to
first work through the whole eeglab tutorial with the sample eeglab data.
The .set file can be loaded into eeglab, and the data in the EEG structure
in matlab can be saved and manipulated as you wish.   .set is the normal
file type for eeglab.
Please see documentation online about the EEG structure in eeglab. See here

For example, EEG.data contains the data.
