[Eeglablist] Recent migration to HTTPS protocol and EEGLAB

Dear EEGLAB users,
This change has been rolled back since we decided to move some specific
pages back to HTTP in order to keep the backward compatibility with older
MATLAB versions. With this move, EEGLAB should work fine again and this
update is not needed anymore. To those who already made the update.... If
it ain't broke, don't fix it.
