Hi,
after
a complete reinstallation of my Windows 7 system, I am experiencing
some difficulties in getting correct spectral power density curves
from BCI2000 *.dat files. More specifically the problem is that
y-scale range is different from what I got before the reinstallation:
for example, instead of before spectopo 15:35 range, I get now -10:5
range with the same input data.
Only
y-scale is different, while the course of the curves is the same.
I
get such curves simply with EEGLAB GUI menu 'Plot/channel spectra and
maps' or 'Plot/channel properties' commands.
I
also tried to get them with the in-line command:
[spectra,freqs]
= spectopo(EEG.data(8,:), 0, EEG.srate, 'winsize', 256, 'nfft', 512);
getting
the same results.
I
have used MATLAB R2007b, EEGLAB 10_2_5_7b or 11_0_5_4b and
BCI2000import0.36.
I
tried also MATLAB R2010b, EEGLAB 13.0.0 and
BCI2000import0.36 getting the same results.
BCI2000
*.dat files were generated via a BCI2000 version built on the 28th
June 2011.
Before
the reinstallation I used MATLAB R2007b and EEGLAB 10_2_5_7b.thanks,Alex
