[Eeglablist] external channel locations

Dear Raquel,

I suggest you use AFp9 and AFp10 EEG channels. For VEOG, you need to make
up dedicated channel locations. I thought I've seen VEOG channels in the
EEGLAB's available channel list i.e., just enter SVEOG and IVEOG (or
something like that; these list could be seen in head model setting GUI)
and 'look up locs' and their default locations are automatically retrieved.
Actually, I think I've seen it in this list recently.
