[Eeglablist] Reference electrode

Dear all,

I am working with g.USBamp (g.tec)
I use active electrodes for EEG acquisition. From what I understand, a
special electrode is used for ground.
The reference also has to be a special electrode? Can I use an active
electrode as reference?
