[Eeglablist] Warning message related to ERSPs data

Hi all,
I would like to analyze ERSPs and ITCs at the STUDY level, but I am facing
some issues that I can not manage to solve by myself.
This is what I did so far:
I created different study designs;
I selected a given design
(for instance, the design #2 which was created combining together several
values of the variable 'type' and using two values of the variable
'session');
I clicked 'Study' -> 'Precompute component measures';
Finally, I checked both 'ERSPs' and 'ITCs' and clicked on 'Ok'.
First issue
Differently from what is written in 'Chapter 05: Component clustering
tools' of the tutorial ("Measure data files are saved in the same
directory/folder as the dataset, and have the same dataset name -- but
different file name extensions"), I obtained the file name
'design2_S01_D3_-_D4_-_D5_-_D6_-_D7_-_D8_-_D9_-_D13_-_D18_1.icaersp' for
subject 'S01' and 'session' = 1, whereas the name of the corresponding
dataset was 'S01Session1AllLAndD.set'.
Is there something wrong?
What worries me the most, however, is the warning message that pops out
whenever I load the study file. The message says "Warning: ICA ERSP or ITC
data files computed with old version of EEGLAB for design 2 (and maybe
other designs). These files may be corrupted and must be recomputed."
Why am I getting this warning message?
I am using the last version of EEGLAB with Matlab 2015b on Windows 10.
Second issue
The default parameters for 'ERSPs' and 'ITCs' are the following:
'cycles', [3 0.8], 'nfreqs', 100, 'ntimesout', 200.
I added 'alpha', 0.01 in the text box to see only the significant parts of
the plot. However, I am not sure about the result. It seems to me that
'alpha' produced only a change in the color scale. You can see the figures

Is there something wrong in the results?
Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you in advance
Thomas
