[Eeglablist] using fucntions for .mat files

Hello

I want to use theeeglab functions for my dataset which is in format of .mat. I imported my datainto eeglab using GUI but I cannot use any of functions for that. How can Iconvert my data to .set which is appropriate for eeglab environment? Actually Iwant use eeglab for some processing and use them again for next functions inmatlab. I really appreciate you if you guide me.There is no hint for this in tutorials. They just explane importing .mat filesnot processing on them.
