[Eeglablist] Running ICA on multiple datasets

Good morning everyone,

I have a quick question. Each participant performed several blocks (separate EEG files) with the same task. I want to compare the results of the three first blocks with the three last.

To remove the eye blink artefact, can I compute ICA compounds and rejection for each bloc separately (to max the fitting of the eye-blink compound within blocks)? Or should I compute the ICA compounds and perform the same artifact rejection over all the blocks/datasets of my participant (to avoid generate artificial difference in my data due to different correction) ?
