[Eeglablist] sorting order of eigen values during CSP

Hi list ,
When performing CSP using the toolbox ( from the link
http://sccn.ucsd.edu/wiki/Plugin_list_process ) , there are two places
where eigen value decomposition is occurring . In the first one , the eigen
values have been sorted in descending order but in the second eigen
decomposition , it is not . However , the paper " Optimal Spatial Filtering
of Single Trial EEG During Imagined Hand Movement " describes in CSP
section that the descending order is assumed during the decompositions
throughout the section . Should eigen values in both the decompositions (
as per the CSP script ) be arranged in descending order only ? Any help is
greatly appreciated . Thanks in advance
