[Eeglablist] newtimef() and ITC

Dear all,

I am aiming to measure inter trial coherence.

I have 2 datasets, 1.5Hz and 0.1Hz filtered, and I apply the weights of 1.5Hz to 0.1Hz.
I then remove components from 0.1Hz. This is over 600 participants so I only do this once.

I then measure ERPs in the 0.1Hz dataset. However, I wanted to measure ITC. Is there any issue doing ITC time frequency analysis on the 0.1Hz dataset? Does newtimef() work OK with low frequency information in the dataset?
I do not want to do the ICA component removing twice on 600 people, and I also wanted to relate the ITC to the ERP analysis. Any advice would be appreciated.
Thank you,
Jumana
