Dear EEGlab,
I rejected continuous data, then ran AMICA.
I also rejected eye related components.
I started with 1400 events, but since I rejected continuous data this reduced to 1312 as expected.
I then epoched the data. My trial length is typically 600ms, and I would want a -100ms baseline to +600, but followed EEGlab's recommendation for TFA of -1 to 2s.
pop_epoch():1312 epochs selected
Epoching...
pop_epoch():1312 epochs generated
eeg_checkset: recomputing the ICA activation matrix ...
eeg_checkset: found empty values for field 'value'
filling with values of other events in the same epochs
eeg_checkset: found empty values for field 'urevent'
filling with values of other events in the same epochs
pop_epoch(): checking epochs for data discontinuity
Removing 59 trial(s)...
I cannot figure out why 59 trials are being removed.
Please could you advise me.
Best wishes,
Jumana
