[Eeglablist] Factorial design in Measure Projection

Dear EEGLAB users,

I am trying to cluster ICs by Measure Projection Toolbox. As far as I understand, MPT is effective for the comparison of two conditions. My experimental design is 2*2. Is it possible to cluster my ICs by MPT? Thank you in advance.
