Hello. Some quick thoughts below:

1. try running the ICA without EOG. You will still get blink and
lateral eye movement ICs if they occurred in the data.

2. Blink ICs are often largest and contain a lot of information.
Double check your issue by doing an ICA and a removal of some ICs
using the GUI only, if you haven't had a chance to already.

Are you seeing neural ICs in the data ?
