[Eeglablist] how to remove event markers in BDF file

Hello Deepa, some suggestions below.

Explore the various options such as Edit > Event Fields
or Edit > Event Values  or Edit > Select data using events  or
Edit > Select Epochs or Events. There are several options in these tools to
remove events.
You can find documentation for each function by clicking help in the gui or
typing "doc NAMEoftheFUNCTION" in the matlab command line.

also you could try emptying/deleting the EEG event structure and resaving
the dataset.
You can find details about the EEG.structure at the EEGLAB online wiki.
