Hi list,

Is anybody else experiencing a problem with the pop_rmbase function? It does not seem to do anything at all to the data? With the line in or commented out, the values do not shift. I am having to baseline correct as follows:

Baseline = mean(thisTrial(1,find(EEG.times<0),t))
thisTrial(1,:,t) = thisTrial(1,:,t)-Baseline.

This works a treat. I guess my questions are, is the above code fine? And also, is there a reason the data are not being changed when using the pop_rmbase function?

Many thanks,
