[Eeglablist] speed of processing

We have started working with higher density resting eeg’s with 64 channels. All is well until we process granger calculations. This often takes hours to process with 8-11 components with 600,000 frames of data. My pc is an i7 7500 @ 2.9 ghz with 16 gb of ram. However, when I look at the ram running during the operation it only uses about 5 gb.

Does anyone know how to speed up the processing so this operation will take less time?

Thanks,

Rob Coben, PhD
