[Eeglablist] Not knowing what to do next

Please send more details for a better response in the future. It's
unclear what criteria you used to determine that the 9 data were
inadequate, besides being low. Note that there are huge individual
differences in spectral band metrics. For example, there are low-alpha
people. You can check out reviews on alpha via google scholar.

There may also be some other reasons why those 9 subjects had "low"
values, related to the data quality or processing steps or number of
channels.

My recommendation is reanalyze the EEG data with eeglab, if you have
not already,
following steps based on the eeglab tutorials and Makoto's pipeline.

At the very least, try to plot the power spectrum across all channels,
for each subject.
Try to do so before and after "cleaning/processing" steps.

It's totally possible that 9 of your participants are indeed "bad" data.
However, you should be able to conduct preliminary analyses
with your smaller sample (12 good files).
