[Eeglablist] ICA misinformation

We wrote a commentary on a related topic a while ago:

Here, the original authors claimed that ICA destroys phase information 
and therefore connectivity measures should be computed on raw scalp EEG 
channels. There seems to be a basic misunderstanding what EEG is and 
what channels actually measure.
