Dear Shingo,

Unfortunately, I don't think 2-way design is not supported by MPT.

The default MPT approach has a potential statistical problem called double
dipping. If you follow this procedure, you'll have inflated type-I error
problem. See this section:
'Here is an important warnng...' Same applies to MPT.
