Postdoctoral Position in Sleep & Human Brain Function
Institution: University of California, Berkeley
Applications are invited for a postdoctoral position in the Center for Human Sleep Science <http://www.humansleepscience.com/> at the University of California, Berkeley.
The position seeks candidates with a combination of methodological skills (e.g., EEG, fMRI, structural MRI, PET). Candidates should therefore have a PhD background in Neuroscience or Cognitive Science, and experience with sleep, neuroimaging and/or cognitive neuroscience. Proficiency in the above methods, as well as programming languages (MATLAB, Python) is important, as well as strong writing skills. Additionally, the candidate should have good interpersonal skills and a willingness to work in a highly collaborative environment.
The position is available immediately, although the start date is somewhat negotiable; the length of the position will be two years with the possibility for extension.
