[Eeglablist] Marking ischemic damage on topoplots

Hi Sundar, one can  just draw on the topoplot by editing the matlab figure
via the gui or via code, this is regularly done. Ideally one can access the
data matrix that the topoplot is representing and then change some of the
values so they will mark damage in the correct region. Depending on your
channel count, you should be able to plot the damage on the 3D head or
inside the 3D dipole-brain space. For previous articles google scholar and
google image searches should help find some sources/examples. Thanks for
letting the list know about your eventual solution as it will help other
eeglabers benefit from your experiences.
