[Eeglablist] Plotting topoplot difference maps

I have 2 conditions that I want to compare.  I am able to use the eeglab
study functions to create topoplots at selected latencies for each of the
conditions side by side.  How can I create a third topoplot of the p-values
of a paired t-test between the 2 conditions.  Can this be done in the gui
or do I need to use custom scripting?
