Dear Makot and Rabnawaz,

Thank you for your help. The file that you sent me I think it should work.
However, Why there is such kind of additional info ? , which I believe it
is not part of EEG channel locations ? . Kindly refer to the ones that I
put into bold. Due to that, MATLAB says that channel structure size not
consistent. For your reference, kindly see the source of the file
https://drive.google.com/open?id=1GEvhWU2DO3tKjTS58C1VWprIBuZZBgMh

*===MATLAB's result====*

Readlocs: BESA spherical coords. converted, now deleting BESA fields
to avoid confusion (these fields can be exported, though)
Channel lookup: no location for
*COUNTER,INTERPOLATED,RAW_CQ,GYROX,GYROY,MARKER,MARKER_HARDWARE,SYNC,TIME_STAMP_s,TIME_STAMP_ms,CQ_*
AF3,CQ_F7,CQ_F3,CQ_FC5,CQ_T7,CQ_P7,CQ_O1,CQ_O2,CQ_P8,CQ_T8,CQ_FC6,CQ_F4,CQ_F8,CQ_AF4,
*CQ_CMS*
Send us standard location for your channels at eeglab at sccn.ucsd.edu
readlocs(): 'chanedit' format assumed from file extension
Reading file (lines): 10 14
Channel structure size not consistent with the data so changes will be
ignored
Use the function pop_select(EEG, 'nochannel', [x]); if you wish the remove
data channels

Thanks once again

Best,
Ihshan
