Dear Anoop,

I can’t speak to the question about PCA but with respect to your question 2, one approach might be to use a semi-automatic classification algorithm for ICs, such as SASICA (https://github.com/dnacombo/SASICA <https://github.com/dnacombo/SASICA>) or ADJUST (https://sites.google.com/a/unitn.it/marcobuiatti/home/software/adjust <https://sites.google.com/a/unitn.it/marcobuiatti/home/software/adjust>). SASICA, e.g., can identify focal components that only represent one electrode.
